Game is Not Over!!!

Yet Another Chance!! Game Is Not Over !!!
Life is a precious gift, which comes only once. However, it comes with few opportunities and chances. While we seek perfection, we don’t attain it without mistakes. Some commit mistakes some blunders.
Mistakes come with regrets and lessons. It also warns us not to lose heart when we fall. For some the regret that follows a mistake becomes so overwhelming that they end up committing another mistake to correct the previous, for instance, hurting oneself or even going to the extent of taking one’s own life.
I remember what Robin Sharma says in his famous work, “Who will cry when you die?” The author quotes his father’s wise words, “Son, when you were born, you cried while the world rejoiced, live in such a  way that when you die, the whole world would cry while you rejoice.
Now this doesn’t imply a flawless life but life which though had flaw yet overcame all hurdles. As someone rightly said, “To err is human…” God who gave this precious life also gives human beings few chances or opportunities to rectify their errors, mistakes or blunders. While He readily forgives all our iniquities, transgressions and sins He also greatly desires that we turn our way from that and if we fail to do so He helps us if we seek His help.
Friends it’s quite easy to give up or lose temper, become hopeless but in perseverance lies our blessings. The Farmer who bears the struggle is the one who will bear the sheaf (well there may be exceptions but even then a ray of hope dawns for the sufferer). If you have fallen and think there’s no rising from here, I wish to let you know there are still moves which you and I may not see immediately but will get to know soon if we become hopeful and desire to rise up.
There’s an instance in the Bible where Jesus’ own disciple, Judas Iscariot repeatedly committed mistake and before he was going to do his final mistake, Jesus warned him clearly yet he didn’t listen and betrayed and innocent man. Yet even after that had he sought forgiveness, Jesus would have readily forgiven him. However, he thought now there’s no way out from here and ended up committing suicide, which was the end of all chances and hopes.
May I let you know “Chances come with validity, it’s valid as long as you live,” the moment you end up living, you truly become hopeless and get trapped in guilt eternally. I remember and greatly admire Thomas Watt who invented bulb. After around hundred failures did he succeed. Had he lost hope immediately probably we would have been sitting in darkness today.
Friends you and I are created in the image of God and therefore bestowed with much potential provided we are ready to make use of opportunities and willing to rise up as and when life knocks us down or we fall due to our own mistakes.
Final words are The Game is not over yet, “There is yet another Chance” Don’t Give Up.
